TOOL MANAGEMENT

Northwest Die Casting knows that tooling is a significant investment. With tools such as mold flow simulation, we can ensure that both the part and tool design are validated. Extended tool life can be achieved by utilizing different protective proprietary coatings on the steel. Northwest Die Casting has visibility and traceability on customer-owned tooling. Records include tool life, scheduled and preventative maintenance work, repairs, and modifications.

It is critical to have great tools to make great die-castings!
